Connective Therapy Collective
Who we are: At CTC our goal is to center the experiences of queer, gender expansive, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, as well as erotically marginalized clients. We specialize in supporting sex workers, complex trauma survivors, those in non-monogamous or kinky relationships, and folx of any flavor.
Working for us: Working for the Collective, we aim to be a group therapy practice that is made by therapists, for therapists, with the idea that happy/healthy/balanced therapy providers equal more space for healing for our clients. We gladly take suggestions, ideas, and direction from our clinicians to help make the workplace one that promotes health and professional growth.
We are looking for clinicians who have training or strong desire to learn about sex therapy, trauma informed therapy, and therapy with underserved/marginalized communities (BIPOC, Queer, LGBTQ+, Non-monogamous, kink, etc). We currently can supervise LPC's and LMFT's and will soon have the capability of supervising LCSWs. Hiring for: Associates (LMFT, LPC, CSWA), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Bilingual Clinicians, Specialty Clinicians (specialties listed above).
We are currently offering a hybrid work option (mix of telehealth and in person).
