Our Mission:
Health Allies is a group practice of around 30 practitioners committed to a business model which promotes high ethics and professionalism and the value of the diversity and humanity of each team member, while centering our mental health careers around work/life balance. We are committed to anti-racism, equity and inclusion. We highly value diversity in our team and welcome qualified applicants who bring a unique perspective to their work. Practitioners are trauma-informed, often with lived experience in the areas in which we provide services. We honor diversity in race, culture, gender identity, size, sexual orientation and varied abilities.
Our office is located in NE Portland in a group setting although staff are currently working remotely with the option to work in person if they choose. We place work-life balance at the center of our work and support our employees and their family lives through our culture, policies and benefits. We pay for external supervision and provide internal supervision for all licenses
Who we’re looking for: Professional Counselor Associates, Marriage and Family Therapy Associates, Clinical Social Work Associates, LPC, LMFT, LCSW and Admin Support.
