Who we are: Willamette Health & Wellness (WHW) strives to provide opportunities for health, healing, growth, and change (both for those we serve and for our team). We value working on a team composed of professionals from a broad array of disciplines and specialties. We also seek to create the opportunity for our team to practice to the fullest extent of their skills and training in order to provide impactful and effective care to our patients. We desire to to build an environment that fosters collaboration and inter-professional support as well as a place for clinicians to obtain support and development for their practice. We are a team that has worked together for a long time and find this stability helps promote an environment of trust, openness, and feedback that supports the personal and professional growth of each team member. We enjoy adding members to our team who share our vision and values.
Working with us: WHW values creating an environment where employees can pursue professional growth and interests while also being part of a supportive, collaborative team. Clinicians have flexibility to create a schedule that works with their life and also meets both patient and team needs. We also support clinicians to determine the clients they feel they can best serve. Our desire is for all of our employees to feel supported and set up to do their best work in a way that serves patient needs and is both healthy and sustainable for the employee and the organization.
We are seeking licensed clinicians and registered associates who are excited to join a group practice, contribute to the team culture of WHW, and continue to grow and explore their clinical interests. We are also open to a new PMHNP joining the team.
